Oxylabs: $68.7M in Annual Revenue

Public data scraping platform

Oxylabs enables companies to extract public data from any website. The business was founded by Mindaugas Caplinskas in 2015.

The proxy service - powered by the world’s biggest ethical network - provides over 100 million residential and two million datacenter IP proxies which can be used to gather data at scale. In addition, customers can integrate their service into existing scraping infrastructures with ready-to-use code.

As part of the business’ growth, Oxylabs acquired Webshare, a self-service proxy software business, in 2022. A year later they formally launched their Web Unblocker service which provides block-free scraping with the help of AI.

Customers can access a range of residential, ISP and datacenter proxies priced from $0.44 to $11 per GB. As well as scraper APIs costing from $1.60 per 1,000 results.

To date, more than 3,500 customers have used the service, helping the business reach €63.2 million (~$68.7M) in annual revenue. This is significantly up on the €18.7 million (~$20.3) figure reached just three years prior.

BrowserStack: $200M+ in Annual Revenue

Website testing platform

Testing a website before launch should be easy, believe Ritesh Arora and Nakul Aggarwal, the founders of BrowserStack. Back in 2011, the duo struggled to launch a website for their consulting business and, after a quick research, discovered they weren’t the only ones facing this issue.

This led them to build BrowserStack, a cloud platform that allows developers to test websites and mobile apps without the need for an in-house testing infrastructure.

With BrowserStack, development teams can focus their time on building quality software faster instead of maintaining complex and difficult-to-scale in-house testing infrastructures.

With over $200 million in annual revenue and $250 million in total funding, the platform is already trusted by more than 50,000 customers around the world.

This includes many Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Microsoft, X, Amazon, IKEA, Tesco, Spotify, Trivago, and Expedia.
